It is the Hirer’s responsibility to check the site measurements for the required package, and to ensure that there will be adequate space surrounding the play equipment.
We will need approximately 45 minuets to set up the party and the same to pack up and remove equipment. Please take this into account when booking venue times. Please leave or allow adequate parking space for delivery and collection times.
If for any reason you have to cancel your booking with us, we will be happy to refund your initial deposit subject to a minimum of 7 days notice. For any cancellations less than 7 days, the deposit is non-refundable, however we will happily transfer it to another booking.
It is the responsibility of the person who is hiring this Soft Play to ensure that all possible steps are taken to avoid injury or damage. Please ensure that the following Safety Instructions are followed:
1. Children must be always supervised by a responsible adult (18+), ensuring the safety of the children using the equipment. Dreamers soft play does not supervise and take no responsibility or liability for any accidents sustained during hire.
2. No Food, Drink or chewing gum to be used on soft play (If equipment is collected in dirty condition a cleaning charge will incur)
3. No pets, toys, or sharp objects to be used on the equipment.
4. There is an age limit of 5 years old on the equipment, please ensure no one over age is using it (no adults to use equipment)
5. No smoking or barbeques near or within an unsafe distance of the Soft Play.
6. Equipment is not to be moved from agreed hire venue/set up location unless by Dreamers’ Soft Play.
7. It is your (the Hirer’s) responsibility that the equipment remains undamaged. For any damages that occur, the Hirer will incur a repair charge payable immediately unless agreed otherwise.
8. No streamers, face paint, party poppers or silly string to be used on or near the equipment.
9. Shoes are to be removed including any supervising adults however socks must always be worn for to hygiene reasons.
10. All shoes, glasses, jewellery, badges MUST be removed before using the soft play.
11. Always ensure that the Soft Play is not overcrowded, and limit numbers according to the age and size of Children using it.
12. Always ensure Children are not pushing, colliding, fighting, or behaving in a manner likely to injure or cause distress to others.
13. No person or persons under the influence of alcohol and/or prescribed and/or non-prescribed drugs and/or any other intoxicating substance will supervise the Equipment.
14. Ensure that the area around the equipment is always completely clear.
15. We will endeavour to deliver on time, but Dreamers Soft Play will not be held responsible for delay incurred due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., traffic problems, bad weather).
16. Please ensure that equipment hired is not scattered around the venue. Equipment must be collected and placed back to the set-up area, so we do not spend time looking for items when we arrive to collect. This will also save you time if you have a set time to be out of a venue.
17. During the winter the soft play equipment is only to be used indoors, in the event of bad weather during the summer months the equipment will need to be brought indoors.
18. We will set up the equipment considering safety of the children, we will not accept any liability for accidents, injury, or damage during the period of hire if this has occurred. Photographs are taken to evidence this upon setup.
19. Do not use the number(s) as a table, no food or drink is to be left on the light-up numbers. The Hirer must ensure no one sits, climbs, or touches the number(s).
20. The number(s) must be placed on stable/level surface and away from high traffic areas.
21. It is the hirers responsibility to ensure there is a suitable power supply that is earthed properly and away from high traffic areas.
22. Please do not leave the Light up number(s) unattended while illuminated.
23. The light-up number(s) may be used outside if there is a suitable power source, and the number(s) must be covered by a marquee etc. In the event of bad weather, the number(s) must be taken inside.
1. Dreamers Soft Play are covered by Public Liability Insurance, and a copy of this is available on request.
2. The Hire includes free setup and delivery to venues within 10 miles of Chelmsford. Venues beyond this will incur a delivery fee. Please contact us for details.
3. For bookings under £50 full payment will be required at the time of booking and for bookings over this we will require a £50 payment to secure the booking with final payments to be paid by bank transfer 7 days before date of Hire.
4. £100 damage deposit to be paid prior to start of event returned upon collection if no damage. Damages costing more than £100 an invoice will be sent which should be paid within 30 days otherwise legal action could be sought. If damages less than £100 costs will be calculated remainder will be returned.

Please note that all persons using this Soft Play do so at their own risk. The person/s or organisation hiring this equipment will be responsible/liable for any damage or injury occurring from or because of misuse or reckless use.
These guidelines are for the safety of all people using this equipment, and it is the sole responsibility of the hirer to ensure they are fully always adhered to.

I have read the above agreement and fully understand and accept the conditions as above.
I am aware that whilst in my care I am fully responsible for the Equipment and will pay for any loss or damage that may occur.
